How It Works

  1. Download & Set Up: After purchasing, download the file and open it in Microsoft Excel (Google Sheets coming soon). The “Read First” tab provides a quick guide on how to set up your trip details. Choose your expenses category, traveller’s names, dates, destination, etc.
  2. Research Your Trip: Start by filling in the research to compare flights, accommodations, activities, etc. Use the bucket list tab to list all the places, experiences and other things you want to see and do as you research your trip.
  3. Start planning: Use the Itinerary, Packing List and Tasks Tab to log everything you need to do as you build your trip!
  4. Track Your Progress: Use the tick buttons to track your progress. Fill in all your payments before the trip to calculate your total expenses so you know exactly where you stand. You can add any of your purchases during your trip to keep all your expenses in one place.
  5. Ready for Departure: Once your trip is entirely planned, use the packing list and pre-trip checklist to ensure everything is in order before you go!
